With a large number of trainers available, if for some reason your booked trainer needs to be replace we can do this at very short notice. This enables you to be confident that the booked training will continue to be delivered at a high quality level.
We have a number of backup trainers reserved for late notice changes and we are very flexible with changes if they come from your side. Our main focus is your satisfaction, so we are happy to adapt to your staffing needs. More information is below on your dedicated Account Manager.
Dedicated Account Manager
We have a dedicated Account Manager that will take full responsibility for the roll out of your training session. Our focus is to make sure everything is organised and completed for you. No need to access your own account management software as we personally handle all areas for you.
